The masterpiece of the tour: the Alghero-Bosa coastal road. A ribbon of asphalt carved into the rock, so spectacular that it has been chosen for commercials by prestigious brands like BMW.

5. The best Restaurants to recharge after the Tour
After hundreds of kilometers in the saddle, the best reward is the local gastronomy. Here are the restaurants recommended by us, with an eye to the logistics for motorcycles.
For typical inland cuisine:
- Ristorante Li Lioni: The temple of Sardinian cuisine.
We recommend the roast suckling pig, melted local pecorino cheese, ravioli with ricotta, and the famous honey seadas.
Note for bikers: It has a very convenient private parking lot for motorcycles and cars.
For fresh fish and city vibes:
- Al Vecchio Borgo: Perfect for enjoying the fresh catch of the Gulf of Asinara or typical seasonal dishes.
Note for bikers: Paid parking (parking garage) is recommended in the area. - Il Vecchio Mulino: An excellent choice for Sardinian dining with local specialties.
Note for bikers: Here too, the use of the nearby parking garage is suggested.
For historic Sassari dishes:
- Zia Forica: The right address for authentic Sassari cuisine.
Note for bikers: Parking recommended in the parking garage.
For great pizza and aperitifs:
- La Roccia: Ideal for tasty pizzas and excellent aperitifs after the tour.
