We have turned the rules of traditional hospitality upside down. The villa is equipped with high-speed Starlink satellite internet, but it will be turned off for the entire duration of your stay. When renting the entire villa for exclusive use (3 bedrooms, up to 8 guests), a strict protocol is applied upon arrival to help you regain control of your days.

We know that disconnecting from your phone can generate anxiety, especially if you leave close relatives at home or need to manage corporate emergencies. That's why we have eliminated all risks.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with the villa's landline number to leave with your secretary or family members: in case of need, we will come and knock on your door. Furthermore, when you go out to explore North Sardinia, we will equip you with a technical backpack containing a sealed Google Tag and a satellite GPS tracker device, along with physical road maps. You won't have screens and you will be free, but we will always know where you are, ready to reach you physically on-site in case of a breakdown or real need.

Upon booking, we will provide you with the villa's landline number to give to family members, children, or your corporate secretary. This number is monitored 24/7: if an urgent call comes in, our staff will immediately come knock on your door in your suite or by the pool. You will be unreachable for useless notifications, but reachable for what truly matters.
Are meals included in the rate of €600 per day?
No, lunches and dinners are excluded. However, we provide physical menus from the best local restaurants, ittiturismi, and partner trattorias in the area. You choose, confirm the order verbally with us, and we will take care of delivering the hot dishes directly to the villa or by the pool, without you having to use any delivery app.
Can I just keep my phone in my pocket turned off?
No, our Analog Experience protocol does not allow it. The temptation to turn it on "just for a second" ruins the effectiveness of the mental reset. All mobile devices of the family or couple must be placed in the timed safe upon arrival. Trust the method: the panic only lasts the first twenty minutes, then the real vacation begins.
Without internet, is there a way to listen to music or watch TV?
Absolutely, yes. By the pool, you will have a complete audio system to play your music, and every room is equipped with a television. The only choice you will have to make upon arrival is whether to place the TV remotes in the timed safe along with the smartphones. For a total mental reset and to rekindle family dialogue, we highly recommend it!
Is the villa shared with other people during the weekend?
Absolutely not. The rate guarantees the exclusive and entirely private use of all areas dedicated to you: the 3 bedrooms (up to 8 beds), the garden, and the entire pool. No other external guests will be present on the property. Living inside the structure is exclusively my family (in a completely independent wing) along with a small, affectionate Jack Russell terrier. Our presence is discreet and imperceptible, yet fundamental: it is your constant 24/7 safety net to manage emergency contacts, logistical assistance, the barbecue, and home food delivery.
