Roberto – Co-Founder & Operation Manager
"True relaxation is born when you know someone has already thought of everything for you, with discretion and method."
With forty years of experience serving national Institutions and Public Administration, Roberto is the organizational pillar of Villa Malvasio. After a career dedicated to coordinating resources and managing high-level security, he now pours that same dedication into guest care.
For Roberto, hospitality is not about improvisation, but a perfect machine that must run silently: his priority is to ensure that every stay and every event unfolds with total peace of mind and efficiency.
Antonella – Founder & Creative Director
"The art of hospitality is made of details that evoke emotion."
Antonella doesn't just decorate spaces: she creates atmospheres. A multi-faceted artist and Italian Body Painting Champion (and ranked among the top painters worldwide), Antonella has transformed Villa Malvasio into her most ambitious canvas.
The aesthetic taste she expressed for years in international competitions is now reflected in the elegance of our Suites and the care of our Lounge: every detail, from the color of the cushions to the lighting in the SPA, is designed to inspire. Involved in the hospitality industry since 2012, she combines creativity with absolute operational rigor: for her, cleanliness is an art form that admits no imperfections, guaranteeing guests an environment that is not only beautiful, but impeccable.
“We are not alone: we collaborate with the best local excellence to guarantee you an experience of total well-being.”
