This Website is mainly for informational and orientation purposes. The online booking procedure is finalized and entirely managed on a secure external platform (Booking Engine) owned by Octorate Srl (Kross Booking), accessible via a dedicated link or sub-domain.
The respective accommodation contracts are considered finalized based on the rate plan chosen by the user. The following specific official conditions apply:
Guarantee and Advance Payment: Upon booking, an amount equal to 50% of the total stay will be charged to the credit card provided as a confirmation deposit (caparra confirmatoria under Italian Art. 1385 c.c.).
Balance on Property: The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid by the guest upon arrival at the property (check-in).
Cancellation and No-Show: In case of cancellation, modification, or failure to show up (no-show), the 50% amount already paid as a confirmation deposit will be retained entirely by the Management and no refund will be provided.
Guarantee and Advance Payment: Upon booking, the entire amount (100%) of the stay will be charged as a confirmation deposit (caparra confirmatoria under Italian Art. 1385 c.c.).
Cancellation and Insurance Refund: In case of cancellation, the property will retain the entire deposit paid. However, thanks to the insurance policy included in the rate price, the guest may request a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount directly from the partner insurance company for any objectively documentable reason (e.g., health reasons, injuries, work problems, or family emergencies).
Assistance and Coverage: The policy includes 24/7 medical assistance valid worldwide, luggage guarantee, theft protection, and roadside assistance. The complete coverage and relative exclusions can be viewed before booking at the following link: BeSafe Rate Insurance Conditions.
Standard Stays: For standard overnight stays related to rooms and suites, no security deposit is required at check-in.
Private Events: For the organization of weddings, ceremonies, or exclusive private events at the villa, the Management reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any structural or material damage. This sum will be fully refunded at the end of the event, subject to a joint verification of the premises.
During the stay: The internal and fenced parking on the property is completely free for all our guests (cars, motorcycles, vans, or trailers) for the entire duration of the overnight stay.
Extended storage for Tours (paid service): For motorcyclists or cyclists organizing touring itineraries in Sardinia, Villa Malvasio offers the possibility to leave their transport vans or trailers in extended and protected storage. This secure storage service is reserved exclusively for those who stay at least one night in our property and is subject to a separate daily rate for the period of absence.
The tourist tax, determined by the current regulations of the Municipality of Sassari, is never included in the public rates and must be settled separately in cash or by card at the check-in.
E-commerce: Direct sales of physical products or goods are not active on this domain. The descriptive sheets, texts, and images are for the sole purpose of illustrating the accommodation offer and services of Villa Malvasio.
Newsletter: The newsletter subscription service is currently not operational. No systematic collection of data is carried out on the Website for sending automated marketing communications.
Villa Malvasio welcomes dialogue and readers' comments on its blog posts.
Moderation: In order to ensure a professional, secure, and respectful environment, all comments are subject to prior moderation and manual approval by the Management before their actual online publication, in compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Prohibitions: Comments containing spam, advertising links to third parties, offensive, defamatory language, or sensitive personal data will not be approved. The user remains solely legally responsible for the content submitted.
All content present on the Website – including texts, blog articles, graphics, logos, and photographs (including portraits of the team, owners, and structure) – is the exclusive property of Villa Malvasio and is protected by Italian and international laws on copyright and intellectual property.
Prohibition of Web Scraping: The use of any automated process or system (including bots, scrapers, spiders, or crawlers) aimed at accessing, acquiring, copying, extracting, or monitoring the content and data of the Website without the explicit written authorization of the Owner is expressly prohibited.
