Are you a motorcyclist (perhaps arriving from Germany or Spain) traveling with a van or car and a trailer loaded with motorbikes? We have created the perfect solution to allow you to tour the island in total freedom:
- While you sleep with us: Parking for all your vehicles in our secure courtyard is fully included and free of charge.
- While you tour Sardinia: You can leave your heavy vehicles stored with us at a cost of €10 per night for the car/van and €10 per night for the trailer.
Upon your return, you will find your combination waiting for you in total safety, ready for re-boarding.

If you arrive in Sardinia directly in the saddle of your motorbike, Villa Malvasio is the ideal starting point for exploring the North of the island in "star mode," without the hassle of having to pack your bags every morning. Our strategic position allows you to face highly respectable motorcycle itineraries every day: from the breathtaking curves of Monte Limbara and Tempio Pausania, to the panoramic route to Bosa, passing through Isola Rossa, the North Coast, the Costa Smeralda, and the boarding points for La Maddalena.
At the end of the day, after hundreds of kilometers of curves, your bike rests in our fenced "vault" and you can regenerate in our swimming pool immersed in greenery or in the Novellini whirlpool tub of your private suite.

After turning off the engine, you won't have the stress of having to take the car again to look for a restaurant. Our dedicated concierge service will guide you to discover the best flavors of the area: we have a direct channel with local restaurateurs to let you taste freshly caught fish, sea urchins in season, or authentic Sardinian roasted suckling pig (Su Porceddu). Upon request, you can even ask for a Private Chef service directly in the Villa to dine in the intimacy of your suite.

Is the parking secure for trailers and commercial vans loaded with valuables?
[Answer]: Yes. The entire parking area of Villa Malvasio is located within the courtyard of the estate, completely enclosed by private walls and gates, and monitored by a continuous video surveillance system. It is not a public or street parking lot, ensuring maximum protection for vans, SUVs, trailers, and luxury cars.
How does the parking fee work for those on a motorcycle tour of the island?
[Answer]: For guests staying at our property, parking is fully included on the night of the stay. If you wish to go on a motorcycle tour of Sardinia leaving your car (or van) and trailer with us, we apply a storage fee of €10 per night for the car and €10 per night for the trailer.
Is the property located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL)?
[Answer]: No. Villa Malvasio is situated in a strategic position totally outside the ZTL zones of Sassari. You can reach the property at any time of the day or night with bulky vehicles, vans, or trailers without the risk of fines and with ample internal maneuvering spaces.
Is it possible to charge electric cars and electric bicycles?
[Answer]: Absolutely yes. We are an EV-friendly property and have an E-Mobility Hub with a fast charging station for electric vehicles inside the private courtyard. We also offer secure, dedicated charging outlets for cycle tourists' e-bikes.
